Contact

Corrections, questions and the odd “this has changed” are all welcome. I read every message that comes in.

Email

For anything at all: jon@thailandtaxis.com

A reply usually turns up within a few working days. What I genuinely cannot do is plan your trip for you. I am one person with a notebook, not a travel agent, so please do not send me a set of dates and ask me to build an itinerary, price up a route, or decide between two operators on your behalf. I would only be guessing, and you deserve better than my guess.

Please also keep your travel plans, your card or payment details, and any booking references out of your message. I have no use for them, ordinary email is no place for that sort of thing, and nothing on this site involves me handling a booking or a payment.

Corrections

This is the part I most want to hear about. If a fare has drifted, a route has moved, a rule has changed, or a tip has quietly stopped working, tell me. Name the guide and say in a line or two what reads wrong, and I will check it against what is happening on the ground now. My Editorial Policy explains how corrections are handled.
